holm has invested in a long term vision for the development of the western lands on the edge of Ballyclare in line with the overall regional development strategy for Northern Ireland.
Providing residents with all the benefits of modern urban living within a truly rural environment, our investment in Westlands includes:
- Approximately 2,200 affordable, quality homes that will expand the population of Ballyclare from 8,000 to almost 20,000 within 15-20 years.
- The Westlands Road creating a 3.1km corridor to the west and north of Ballyclare.
- Two major parkland areas and an extensive network of green spaces such as at the Crescent in Readers Park.
- The creation of two commercial hubs within the development that will provide local shopping and services.
